1. Stall or Booth Set-up: Vendors are responsible for bringing and setting up their own equipment and tools, including but not limited to cooking appliances, display counters, signage, and any other necessary items required for their operation. The vendor must set up their booth in the designated area and adhere to any specifications or guidelines provided by the event organizers. The vendor is responsible for their own equipment and supplies, and must clean up and remove all trash and debris from their booth area at the end of the event.
If needed, the management will provide a booth frame for each vendor, consisting of a basic structure and covering.
2. Ingress/Egress: Vendors are allowed to ingress and set up their stalls/booths the day before the event. They must complete their stall/booth setup within the allocated time frame and ensure that it is ready for operation by the start of the event.
3. Booth Package: The standard Vendor Booth Package includes 2 staff members, 2 Event IDs and 2 wristbands for access to the event premises. If a vendor wants to bring an additional staff member, making a total of 3 staff members, they must inform Kapatik management in advance, or at least a month before the event.
4. Health and Safety Requirements: The vendor must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, including obtaining any necessary permits and inspections, maintaining sanitary conditions, and ensuring that all food is stored, prepared, and served in a safe and hygienic manner. Any untoward incidents occurring to the customers like poisoning and or allergic reactions will be a sole responsibility of the vendor.
5. Cooking Equipment: For Food and Drinks Vendor, all cooking equipment used must be electric and not open flame. Any equipment used must be in safe and working condition, and must comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
6. Liability and Insurance: The vendor must have liability insurance coverage and provide proof of insurance prior to the event. The vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the vendor's operations or products.
7. Menu and Pricing: The vendor must provide a detailed menu of food and beverage items, including prices. Any changes to the menu must be approved by the event organizers in advance. The vendor agrees to charge reasonable and customary prices.
8. Sales and Taxes: The vendor is responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales taxes. The vendor shall provide the event organizers with copies of all necessary permits and licenses.
9. Hours of Operation: The vendor must operate during the hours specified by the event organizers. The vendor agrees to remain open for the duration of the event, unless otherwise approved by the event organizers.
10. Compliance with Rules and Regulations: The vendor agrees to comply with all event rules and regulations, as well as any additional rules or guidelines set forth by the event organizers. The vendor shall not engage in any illegal, unethical, or disruptive behavior, and shall conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
11. Termination of Agreement: The event organizers reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. In the event of termination, the vendor shall immediately cease all operations and vacate the premises.
